Cultist is hidden among other cultists and has unique mechanics. The area he roams is about the size of -4 and very wide open. Cultists can be melee, range, or death casters and roam in packs of 3. It is necessary to have a mix of melee and range to cull the quantity. Once cultist is found it is recommended you kite him back to the entrance and close the door to prevent adds.

Fighting the cultist is also unique. Every 10-20 rounds, he will teleport a member of your party to sacrifice them. The sacrifice pit is in the middle of the map and it will insta kill anyone that doesn't have MR above 20-30. This mechanic will occur even if you are solo.
