Can be found in the darkness east of the Plane of Dead entrance, wanders around a little bit.
Recommended to light up the area around her arena as she will commonly cast fear (might be AE?) causing mass disorientation if the arena has not been lit up.
Thieves are able to hide in the shadows for easy kills with high enough level.
