Through the bloody waters, up the three tiered tower, across a bridge guarded by a chaotic giant, exists a crafter said to be able to mold blood and bone. The bonesmith, Marrow, has exiled herself from the town of Bloodlands to perfect her taboo craft and give adventurers a darker quest. Should you choose to partake in this quest, proceed to the deep portions of -300 and slay a chaotic thaumaturge named, Lardil the Disgraced, and his pet wyrm Apep. The quality of the armor is based on the bone, rather than the blood vial, unlike most Bloodlands items. This means a mythic bone + a common vial will yield a Mythic Carapace, to be clear.

Generally, you are better off just rushing a Bone Carapace than trying to get Icies, and this only becomes more true the higher rarity the Bone Armor is.
