The AG portal room is for traversing the AG (Advanced Game). Each area is connected via teleports; simply walk onto the hex to go to that area.
Navigating to the AG Portal Room
1) Utilize the Portals in Keshma Portal room. Double click the portal and it will bring you to the portal drop in for Annwn (See step 2 below).
1.b) If you do not yet have access to Keshma, you can access AG via Leng underneath the Ldrake area.
2) Once you arrive in Annwn you will see two portals. One will take you to the AG Portal Room. The other will bring you back to Kesmai. Simply stepping on the AG Portal Room hex will teleport you to the room.
