Found in Gemini town - past the secret corridor that must be blown up (guarded by a statue). Shares the same lair as Froggo.
Be careful if you kill Froggo in front of Toado. He'll queue up a message "Ah hah, slow down you will. Time is valuable friend, but you killed my friend.".
